Had an issue with number 1 cylinder misfire. Fixed the misfire. While driving the check engine light comes on and it seems like it's sputtering and lacking in power. While in gear it acts like a misfire, but I checked and it's firing on all cylinders.
Could it be the throttle body needing cleaned or injectors? Also, when in overdrive it shakes a little.

Hello, was this the vehicle that was missing the number 1 coil firing? And what codes are you getting now if the check engine light is coming on? It could be an injector issue; you do have high mileage. If the misfire is only in gear, then it's something that's happening under a slight engine load, when in Park there is slightly less load on the engine. Do you have a scan tool that can read live data at all? If it's a partially clogged injector you can try a fuel treatment and if you want to get a more in depth look at the injector you can do a fuel injector balance test with a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel rail. Using a fuel injector pulse tool, which is about $30.00. You can pulse each injector a certain amount of time and monitor how low the pressure drops on the fuel gauge for each injector. If one is partially clogged it will drop less pressure than the others.
