What is the fault code number please? It could be the throttle body needs replacement or the throttle pedal position sensor is going out. I have included the locations and how to replace both parts and the relearn procedure which you might want to try before doing anything else. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

The P2119 code in a 2016 Nissan Terrano refers to a problem with the throttle actuator control throttle body range/performance.
