Throttle body is always open?

I notice my throttle body is always open, even when I step on the accelerator pedal, is that normal on eco diesels.

Hi,

How far is it open? Also, are there specific issues that are occurring? Let me know. Also, if it is slightly open, that is likely normal. However, it shouldn't be wide open.

Let me know what is happening and if you have any diagnostic trouble codes.
