Hi, my problem is that my dashboard has this red lightning bolt flashing and the traction light on. I used an OB2 scan tool, and I got P2111, so I changed the throttle body and made sure the harness connections were good. Then I did a relearn procedure but I'm still in the same position.

Hello,

So, this is a throttle body testing code, where the PCM will open and close the throttle plates at key On, and this code indicates that the throttle plates are not reading fully closed. You can actually take the air intake boot off and have someone turn the key on for you and you should see the throttle plates run this test. Just don't put your fingers anywhere near the throttle plates. But watch it and see if it is fully closing, the engine doesn't need to be started for this. If you see the throttle plates are fully closing, then we can have you check for a reference voltage for the TP sensor and a good ground, but I'll put up the wiring diagrams for it anyway.
Does your scan tool read live engine data? Where you can monitor the voltages for the throttle position sensor and the APP sensor (accelerator pedal position sensor)?

The 1st diagram is the OEM wiring for the throttle body and the APP sensor on the pedal, and the rest is a flow chart for that P2111 code.
