When I accelerate I hear a hissing sound?

When I hit gas, I hear a hissing sound like air and it's running rough but cranks right up.

This could be a clogged exhaust system or a vacuum leak, can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. This is so we can go in the right direction to help fix the car.
