Yes, you can replace it with used but you are taking a chance if the used one is no good.
I attached a picture of one available from rockauto. It is pricey but so are all the parts for a Lexus.

Procedure
REMOVAL
1. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL
2. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT
3. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH
4. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

5. DISCONNECT NO. 2 VENTILATION HOSE
a. Disconnect the ventilation hose from the cylinder head.

6. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE
a. Disconnect the MAF meter connector.
B. Disconnect the clamp from the air cleaner.

c. Disconnect the VSV hose.

d. Disconnect the 4 clamps.
E. Remove the hose clamp and air cleaner cap with air cleaner hose.

7. REMOVE THROTTLE BODY
a. Disconnect the throttle motor connector.
B. Remove the 4 bolts and disconnect the throttle body from the intake air surge tank.
