The engine is not warming up properly, and the temperature does not rise above 78 degrees Celsius (around 172°F). I need a service manual or a replacement guide with photos if possible.

Yep, it sounds like you have a stuck open cooling system thermostat. Here is how to change it out and its location. Before replacing it, I recommend checking the coolant temperature with a scan tool and comparing it with an infrared thermometer reading at the thermostat housing. If the radiator hose begins warming gradually from a cold start, rather than remaining relatively cool until the thermostat opens, that supports a thermostat that is leaking coolant past its valve. It looks like the water pump needs to be removed to change out the thermostat housing and the thermostat itself. Let me know if you need anything else.

Thank you for the response! Unfortunately, the manual you sent doesn't match my vehicle. My car has a 1.6L H7 engine. Could you please provide the location and replacement guide for this specific engine?
