I need to replace my thermostat in my car. I don't know where the thermostat housing is. I see many different sites say that I need to drain the coolant but I don't know how to do that either. I don't know hardly anything about cars and I'm a visual learner so I need to know what's what in order to do anything. Can anyone help?

Here is a tutorial showing what is involved to change/replace your thermostat:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/replace-thermostat

Start by draining a half gallon of coolant from the drain plug located in the radiator. I've attached a picture of the drain plug and thermostat locations. I've also attached below the step-by-step- picture instructions for your car.Hope this helps and let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks for using 2CarPros.
