The exhaust is white and blue

The tail gas is white and blue. The engine oil is consumed quickly.

There are a number of things that will cause these issues, but the most likely cause is a failing engine based on this info.

What I would suggest is we start with checking the compression of the engine and find out if we have a ring issue and possible head gasket issue.
