The ignition tumbler/ assembly is stuck?

When I try to turn the truck off the key will not move, feels like it’s jammed, I had to pull the battery and fuel relay to turn it off. please send responses to this, I need a vehicle.

Yep, the ignition lock tumbler has fallen apart internally, you will need to replace the part to fix it, here is a guide that might help as well. If you get the part from the dealer they can code it for you before installation. Check out the images (below).
