The ignition is stuck in the on position?

Ignition won't turn off it will start but no off.

Yep this is common when the ignition switch key tumbler falls apart internally. You will need to remove the lock tumbler and replace it with a new one. Here is a guide that may help with instructions below you show you how to do the repair.
