Hi, and welcome to 2CarPros. The first thing you would need to do is have an advance scanner that can read body codes and look at live data. If you can post the body codes we can look up circuit diagrams to see what fuse powers up the control module and look up specific wiring diagrams for the seats?
The control module also has built in relays that turn on the functions for the climate control seats. Without the fault codes, my educated guess would lean more towards the module. But you would need those fault codes read off to look up the correct diagnostic procedure. If is the module it is located under the passenger seat. Here is the repair procedure and picture:

NOTE:Â This step is only necessary when installing a new component.
NOTE:Â The PMI process must begin with the current SCME installed. If the current SCME does not respond to the diagnostic scan tool, the tool may prompt for As-Built Data as part of the repair.
Using a diagnostic scan tool, begin the PMI process for the SCME following the on-screen instructions.Â
Position the front passenger seat to the full upward and full rearward positions.Â
Remove the SCME.Â
Remove the screws.Â
Release the locking wedges and disconnect the connectors
