The heater blower fan quite working completely

The heater blower fan does not work at all, just stopped working. I have checked the fuses for the blower under the dash board as well in the engine compartment. We had a prior problem with the fan blower about a year of two ago, it would only blow at certain speed the dealer fixed it at that time.

check the blower relay which is under the hood then have it scaned because it may bethe speed controller or check brown wire going to it to see I it is getting power in. it's in center of hvac unit.
