There is a fuse #49 and fuse #30 on the left side of the dash fuse panel that needs to be checked for power. here is a guide to help you and the fuse location in the images below:

These fuses run the blower motor and the cigarette lighter power socket if neither have power and the fuses is okay, I would replace the terminal 75 power relay (relay #1 inside the 12-relay carrier). I don't think the e85 would cause this issue. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
