The Headlights are not turning on

The vtm-4 lights came on yesterday, and today the low beam headlights are not working. The vtm-4 light is not on anymore. I checked the fuses and the bulbs, they are working. Do you have any idea what could be wrong?

check items in picture and then have it scanned for codes a mechanic will need to do it with a professional grade scanner.
