Hi,
Most commonly, a bad crankshaft position sensor will fail when it gets hot. As a result, you lose spark. However, you replaced the sensor, correct?
Here is a link that discusses the sensor:

Now, you said the fuel pump is good. So, I assume it was checked during the five minute period the vehicle wouldn't start.
Additionally, you have asked about the engine coolant temp sensor (ECT). The best way to check that sensor is with a live data scanner to confirm it is sending the correct signal to the computer. For example, if the engine is at operating temp (approximately 195° F) that is what the signal should indicate.
There are other components which maintain engine idle speed. There is an idle air control motor as well as a throttle actuator. If you look at pic 1, you will see location. They are both mounted on the throttle body. However, heat usually isn't a factor and they wouldn't prevent the vehicle from restarting if you press on the throttle. Here are a couple links the explain how to both service and replace the parts mentioned:

Have you at least scanned the computer to see if or what trouble codes are stored? Most likely, that will point us in the right direction. Here is a quick video showing how a scanner is used:

There is also an automatic shut down (ASD) relay in the power distribution box under the hood. If you open the PDB, it indicated what each component is. Locate the ASD relay and switch it with another relay having the same part number. If you look at pic 2, it shows the relay's location.
What I suggest at this point, since there are multiple things which can cause this issue, scan the computer. I'm not sure where you are located, but most parts stores will offer to do it for free. Once that is done, let me know what codes are found.
I will watch for your reply.
Take care,
Joe
