Okay, so, I think I found the problem but my previous wires are red/black and brown and white but my new wires are just red/black and white can I still use without the brown stripe?

The P0641 diagnostic trouble code indicates an issue with the 5-Volt Reference 1 Circuit. Can I ask what the connector goes to? That way I can get the wiring diagrams for repairs.

Please give me the code numbers so I can help you. I can tell you that the limp mode can be caused by a bad throttle body or if it needs to be cleaned which you can try first.

Here are two guides to help us while you get me the code numbers:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/reduced-power-limp-mode

and

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/throttle-actuator-service

Here is how to service the throttle body on your car. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

So the first code will cause the problem and the third code, let's try replacing the accelerator pedal sensor and then clear the codes.

P2122 - Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch 'D' Circuit Low Input
P0452 - Evaporative Emission System Pressure Sensor/Switch Low Input
P0641 - Sensor Reference Voltage 'A' Circuit/Open

Here is how to replace the part in question. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

I think it’s a ground wire it connects near the starter, but I am not quite sure. It has a circle electrical connector with 3 other connections to it but separate, if that make sense.

Would you happen to know what this plug is called? It’s a 16-pin right near the power steering pump.
