The AT light on my car is on?

When i drive the gears slip and stutter slightly between first and second gear and when i come to a stop it drops from third gear to first gear skipping second completely.

This is common when the turbine shaft sensor goes out, but to be sure we should run the codes.

here is the location of the sensor so you can swap it out in case a code comes up for it. Check out the images (below). Please let us know how it goes.
