The A/C is working and full of refrigerant but barely has any air coming out of the vents?

Then when you shut the vehicle off a few minutes will pass by then it makes a loud burping/fart sounds out from the dash. This will happen 2 or 3 times in a row and it's loud. Any help would be appreciated.

This sounds like a mode actuator is not working. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. Here is the location of the actuator so you can check it out. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Thanks for the video, it helps. Yep, that is a blend door or the blend door actuator causing the noise. I would lower the glove box and get up under the dash the best you can to try and feel where the noise is coming from. This will let you know which one is causing the noise.
