My terrain management light will flash on and off sometimes when I let off the gas pedal and let it coast rather than putting on the brake but also can happen when braking and just bring as well typically when it happens something under the car makes a noise and if I let off Gass pedal if I am just driving or if I give it gas when I don't have my foot on the brake or gas it stops. Sounds like something scraping only when this occurs. I have taken it to AutoZone and had it scanned and nothing comes back. Any ideas?

It sounds like you have a front bearing hub that is going bad, I would change both if one is bad because the other side is right behind it. This would make the noise and cause the traction control light to flask on. If you could please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. Here is how to change the bearing hubs out in case you need it. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
