I am looking for a bracket, nut and bolt only for the serpentine belt tensioner for my car listed above LTD.
If you have a photo. The belt broke two times in 2 years. The mechanic cleaned the one in car since it was rusted. But I would feel better and safer if I could buy a new one. I am getting the impression they don't make it for my year. Help!

I called Hyundai customer service Headquarters. I explained my problem. They gave me a claim number and said someone will be assigned to my claim. I would get a call in 3-5 business days. And since it happened twice, they will expedite my situation and get me to the dealer and they will do it for me at no cost.

Hi,

Based on your second post, I'm not sure if you need help or not. LOL What exactly do you need? If it is only the adjuster bolt, you should be able to get one at any hardware store or a place like Lowes. You could take the old one in with you and have them match it.

If rust is an issue and concern, get one that is stainless steel. It won't rust for you.

Let me know. Also, let me know if the manufacturer is taking care of this for you.

Take care,

joe

I put in a claim w/Hyundai HQ.
A case worker will get back to me in 3-5 business days. From what I understood since it happened 2x in 2 years, they will fix it.
Thank you for your response.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. I hope they do take care of it for you. There is no reason this should be happening.

Regardless, if you have a chance, let me know how things turn out for you. I'm interested in knowing.

Take care of yourself.

Joe
