Trying install drive belt, but the tensioner will not move

cannot get movement in tensioner to install drive belt, does not seem to follow the common description of a 3/8-inch socket adjustment as is the common answer.

Hello,

There should be a square hole that you will have to use a 1/2-inch breaker bar and rotate counterclockwise to release the tension on the belt.
