Sometime the heat is stronger coming from driver side vents than passenger. And amount of air coming out doesn’t seem to match. Suspect blend door actuator. Are there two? Where are locations of each? Thanks.

Good afternoon,

Most of the time it is about the quality of the part itself. They are made of plastic gears inside and that is why they fail.

What brand did they use for the replacements?

That is the problem. They are cheap actuator. I would get one from the dealer and that one will last as well as it has a warranty.
