I already replaced the temperature sending sensor.

So if you replaced the sensor then the only thing left is the wiring to the cluster and the cluster itself. I would suggest checking for voltage at the cluster on the purple and white wire. If you do then the cluster is the issue. If not, then you need to run a new wire.
Let me know if you have questions but I attached a self test that you can try to run but I suspect the wire is the issue so this may pass.
