Tearing rear passenger tire

My cars rear tire passengers side started rubbing against the chassis to which my tire ends breaking appart, could you please advise about this problem

Have the suspension and steering systems inspected at a tire and alignment shop. A suspension part is bent or a bushing is worn out that is preventing that wheel from being held in proper alignment.
