Hi,
Are you referring to the Mechatronics control unit? That is what controls the transmission. If that is correct, it is located in the transmission (valve body).
See pic 1 below. I highlighted the control unit.

When you say TCU, I assume you mean the transmission control unit? If so, they call this a TCM which is actually the mechatronic unit which is basically the valve body inside the oil pan.
I am attaching the info below on this unit so please take a look at it and let me know if you have questions on this.

That is correct. The module is the mechatronic unit. By the way, great car!
