TCS light and hesitate starting after getting emission test

Car was running fine until I had to get the emission test (passed). Had to get it to change title. Then car hesitated to start and dashboard lights flashing (TCS) light stays on for a few minutes then goes off. Car doesn't seem to idle as well. What is up? Please help?

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge first auto parts rent it. Then clean throttle plate on both sides.

It sounds like when the car was getting inspected one of the wheel speed sensor wirings got damaged. I would raise the car up to inspect here are the location of the wheel speed sensors. Also check out this video for the idling problem,
