How to reset the TCM?

I’ve been trying to reset my TCM after having a gear shifting problem. Everything I’m finding is not working to reset it.

Hi,

There really isn't a rest for the TCM. If there is an issue with it, you would need the proper software to access and flash it.

What is happening at this point? Let me know as much as you can so I know how best to direct you.
