Tapping noise when i reduce speed

Hello. When I am driving between 90-120kms and take my foot off the accelerator - the car has started making a shuddering noise - which sounds like it is coming from my front wheels (under the accelerator). Is this something that could be dangerous ? Thanks heaps

it could be an indication of a transmission issue.

yes, i think it could be if it fails and lets you down
