Tapping noise?

I have replaced all pulleys, water pump, and timing belt, etc. Noise is still there even louder, I took off serpentine belt and noise is still there.

It sounds like you have a roller follower for the camshaft that has come apart but to be sure can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? that way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response.
