Gas tank possibly shifted?

Recently had my fuel pump was replaced and the gentleman who replaced it said he broke one of the bands that holds the gas tank in place. Now I'm stuck on the side of the road. I'm thinking maybe it's the tank that has maybe shifted.

The site runs off of us getting to a conclusion of the problem, which is why it is free FYI. If the tank is hanging down, then the fuel will need to be drained, and the straps reattached. Here is a video to show you how to drain the tank and I also included the strap reconnection process in the images below.

Check out the images (below). Let us know what you find. Make sure the bolt holes are not stripped out.

I want to tell everybody on here that I appreciate all your guys as quick responses always always get right back to me on everything I totally rely on you guys and appreciate all your guys's input and you guys are very very helpful and very thorough with your help and in my lack of communication I want to apologize for that because I have been taking care of medical problems as well as my truck problems I got my truck fixed with all your guys's help I want to thank you you guys were all right and with that being said I got my truck fixed thanks
