Takes long time for gear changing

Hi guys, my car has not been running for past fifteen years. It was completely restored. The engine seems good and the gear shifting takes long time. What is the reason.

Hello,

This can be caused by low vacuum which a clogged catalytic converter can make happen. Here is a guide to confirm:
