Takes long to start

Car takes long to start and if it start rpm is high and it smell a lot like over fueling. If stopped. I must wait ten minutes before I can start the car, but rpm is still high.

This sounds like a vacuum leak or a TPS sensor is out. Lets run the codes to see what comes up.
