Taillight not working fuse keeps getting blown

Taillight not coming on fuse keeps popping on number 20 fuse #1 on panel. they were working yesterday and turn signal not working.

First, since the signal wasn't working, remove the light assembly and inspect the wiring at the light socket. Check it for damage, corrosion, or anything out of the ordinary. Also, remove the bulb and inspect inside where the bulb goes to make sure the connectors inside are not damaged or touching.
