Tail lights and dash lights are not working

Taillights and instrument lights not working.

First, check to make sure the fuses are good. Under the hood is a fuse box. I have attached a pic of the box and what each fuse is for. If you look at the first one on the list, it indicates inst. panel lights and lamp control module. Check that one first.
