I replaced the sockets for the tail lights. Driver's side lights all shine. When the brake is on, both lights shine.
When the turn signal is on, both lights shine and blink.

Passenger's side, brake lights on, both lights shine. Turn signals, only one light blinks.

Reverse lights work just fine.

Which side is lighting correctly? Did I wire it wrong?

Does anyone know where to get rear tail light assemblies for 1996 Pontiac Trans Am?
I need both sides, they are being held together with glue and tape.

Thanks

Hello,

Yes the wiring can be wrong but the way to tell what's going on is to use a test light here is a guide to help you see what to do and the wiring diagrams for the tail lights below so you can see how the system works. .

As far as the tail light lens issue I would try Rockauto.com

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.
