Taillights and dash lights stopped working at the same time, why?

I was driving down the road and my dash lights went off, so I pulled over and started checking fuses. When I was finished with the interior box, I went to check the box in the engine compartment and noticed that I had no parking lights or taillights. My turn signals, brake lights, hazards, and dome lights all work as expected.

Hi,

I need you to locate fuse 6 in the central junction box under the left side of the dash. In addition to checking the fuse, I need you to confirm there is power to it. This fuse is my first suspect.
