It sounds like you may have a fuse out here is a guide to help you check
Here is a wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. If the fuses are okay check the system grounds I have seen the TIPM go bad which will also cause the issue.
Please run down these guides and diagrams and report back

I checked the easy stuff then gave up I had to take it to the shop where they replace the TIPM. Its cost me $389.00 Thanks for your help though I love this site.
