tail lights do not light up when the lights are turned on

When lights are on, no tail lights light up, but brake lights and hazards work. What could be causing this?

Parking light fuse, it is in the fuse panel.

there are two one is under hood in fusible link box and it's fuse 66 other is under lh side of dash and it's fuse 5
