taillights flickering?

taillight flickering but all other lights work.

This can be the headlight switch or the taillight relay, here is the location of the relay so you can swap it out which will be easy. Also, here is a guide to go over that can help as well:

how do i change the relay? it's wires not a plug.

Can you upload an images of what you are seeing? The relay should just pull out from the relay box.

unsure i have the right location. what i found that looks like the images was behind the glove box under the dash.

The relay should be on the backside of the fuse panel on the right side of the dash. Let me know, upload images please so I can confirm you have the correct relay.
