Tail light electrical issue

When using left blinker (only left hand side does this. Right side works as should).
Left blinker : when in use causes the brake light of left and right side to flash as in use of hassards are on.
With noticeable affect to applying the break the signal on front left side as well increases in speed of flash.

It sounds like you have a short in the bulb, socket or wiring connector.
