Tail light drivers side

my driver side tail light the running lights are off. I changed socket bulbs fuses nothing works. it works while driving but not on stand still. please advice.

There is an illumination relay that sound like it has gone out, here is a guide and a diagram (BELOW) that will help you get the problem fixed.
