Tail light doesn't work

My passenger side tail light doesn't work, but the break light does. All other lights in all other parts of the car work just fine. The driver side tail light works. The light bulb looks fine to me. I replaced it about 4 months ago.

if you see black around the bulb it's no good the filament has burnt out the Chinese cheap ones do this all the time check to see if it is getting power if not it may be a short in system. it may be the tpim module under fuse box under hood so get it scanned by a pro as well.
