I have been dealing with my SUV stutter making slow turn. Sometimes it stalled all the way. I would have to stop, put the truck in part and start. This time leaving Walmart it stalled while turn, but this time no crank, no start, no noise, besides the fuse box under the hood. The (starter) block fuse clicks. Any idea, new starter and new battery 2 months ago.

This can be a loose or corroded battery terminal; this guide can help fix it. Also, we should run the codes to see what comes up.
