Multiple electrical issues?

Door locks started clicking on their own. Lights and ignition wouldn't shut off. Kept running till it ran out of gas. Now it won't start even with a new battery put in, last night.

Hi,

Wow, you got some miles on this one. You indicated there were a lot of issues and now with the new battery, it won't start.

When you say it won't start, do you mean the starter isn't engaging or it does and engage but the engine doesn't start?
