When using the key the lights and locks work but will not turn over. Dash reads system immobilizer.

We need to start with checking for codes.

This could just be a faulty key or more serious like an immobilizer unit or a PCM.

The way this works is the key tells the immobilizer a secret code and if that is the correct code the PCM gets a coded message to start the vehicle.

When this is not correct or there is an issue with this system it sets this message and disables the start as it thinks someone is stealing the vehicle.

Let's start with this and go from there. Thanks
