Am I able to easily swap out my 1999 base model rims/tires out with a set of rims from a 2001 GT that are 17s?

The bolt pattern appear to be the same on mustangs from 1994 -2004 which is 5 x 114.3mm (5 x 4.5"). So that means the wheel will bolt to the hub. However, if you have lowered the vehicle then you may get some rubbing during turns.

If the vehicle is stock suspension then you should be good to go. Let us know if you have other questions. Thanks
