Sway bar replacement

I took off the old sway bar and had to cut off the links. Upon replacing it with new links my truck is leaning badly to the right side. The front-end is leaning. What do I need to do?

With that description I would measure both links to be sure they are the same length. If those were the only part changed then one longer than the other could do it. Unless something happened to move a spring or perhaps a broken one.
