Sway bar body mount

The bolts for the sway bar body mount bushings in my car just keep turning when I wrench on them and will not loosen or tighten. I am wondering what I can do to get them to loosen and tighten up to change out the bushings.

Good morning.

Can you post a picture of what you see?

The nuts on the other side are tack welded and may have broke free. That will require drilling a hole to access them and hold them while removing.

Okay thanks, I just tried clamping down the bracket to try and make it catch. I will post a picture of what I see when I get started on it again today.
