Swapped two f22a1 engines, cranks but no start

I have put two of the same engine back in my car with same result both times one engine was running when I pulled it out of my 1992 Prelude. I put it in the car listed above to have it not start. I swapped ECU. I have swapped dizzys, nothing each time. I am getting good fuel pressure and spark. What am I missing?

Hi and thank you for using 2carpros.com. To begin, if you have good fuel pressure and good spark, it should run unless the fuel is not actually making it into the engine. I would suggest starting with the injectors. Make sure they are getting power and functioning. Here are general directions on how to check injectors using common tools:
